I feel like I'm not so close to God anymore as I used to be, especially "can't find the time" for a devotional moment every day and this makes me feel empty. Also please pray for my couple to have children after 10 years of marriage. Thank you!

Please pray that God would very soon bring me and my twin sister the right guys to marry. At 35, singleness is unbearably painful as decades have passed without our prayers being answered. We want God's guidance and direction as to what we should do. Thank you!

Please pray for me. I’ve been heartbroken. Cheated and lied to for a lack of words. I don’t know how to make my heart stop hurting and to be able to function in life. I feel like it’s consuming me.

I am 65 years old and my husband and I are missionaries in Honduras. I had major back surgery in June and still have a lot of pain. I have been clean and sober for 35 years and had to detox from opiate pain meds in September. Please pray that God would help me cope with chronic pain as I continue in the healing process.

Please pray for Sandy. She had a brain aneurysm last night and she’s in the hospital in LA and right this moment she’s having her third surgery as she’s bleeding out. She’s a very loving single mother and her daughter Carrie has been ill since she was 16 and actually was in the hospital for 18 months straight. Sandi gives until she can’t give anymore and now I ask our Holy Father in Heaven and for Jesus the healer of all healers to put his loving hands on Sandi and heal her.

I also ask for healing for my niece Roxanne who is brain damaged from a cat scratch over 28 years ago and has never spoken a word and continues to have seizures and cannot do a thing for herself. And for her mother, Maura who struggles with Parkinson’s and depression and fibromyalgia, and addiction. Heal us, Lord. I put all my faith in you and I know and I believe in the power of prayer. To all of you who pray in this group and are my beloved warriors for God, I send love and healing to you too. Sheila

Please pray for my friend Leonard. He is a Christian. He was once a loving kind good heart person. He comes from a broken family. He married twice but both broken. He is now in deep sadness and spiritually broken. His heart is in deep bleeding after the 3rd person he loves most refuse and rejected him. He is now at the breaking point and thinks of suicide. All he wants is to have a family and love. He is very discouraged and takes drugs to fill his emptiness. I have faith in every prayer, God will hear and He will heal Leonard's broken heart.

I am asking for prayer that God will heal, restore and renew my relationship with my daughter in law and my granddaughter. I don't know what I did and they won't talk about it. I feel like they are indifferent to me and I only get to see my son about every three to four weeks for a little time to spend with him. My grandson is picking up the indifference and he is starting to do the same. Just pray that God will restore and make these relationships new and better. My daughter in law and granddaughter are Christians and have been baptized. My grandson is getting baptized this coming Sunday, which I get to be there for it. I just feel so left out of their lives. I don't get any family pictures or school pictures of my grandson, as my granddaughter has graduated college and getting married this year. I just need peace in this family and renewed relationships too.

My grandmother just passed away. She means a lot to me. I love her with all my heart and I misses her so much. I don't know who I can ask for or how to do this but I sincerely request for you all my brother and sisters to pray for my grandmother, Mary Lee so that God will take good care of her for me, forgive all her sins, take away all her worries, pain and sickness, protect her from evils, love her endlessly, continue to shower her with lots of wonderful blessings, and most of all, my grandmother is happily in heaven with God always. May her soul rest in peace.

In his book titled Prayer, John Bunyan defines prayer as “A sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to his word, for the good of the church, with submission in faith to the will of God.” God promises to hear us when we pray (1 Jn. 5:15), and even when we can’t find the right words, Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf (Rom. 8:34). Our prayers don’t have to be eloquent or elaborate, they just need to be faithful and heartfelt.
