Lord, I pray that my husband Ron comes to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior in a real and lasting way. He believes in God and has a good heart but still has doubts and past hurts that cause him to drink alcohol to escape life's stresses and worries. I pray for his salvation and life-changing forever in Jesus Mighty name Amen xx

My neighbor just had a heart attack and needs a stint in his heart. It is very plugged and waiting for the virus to die down so he can have the surgery. His heart is only working at 35%, so he needs prayer for his heart and his belief in the Lord. Thank you so much.

In a period of one week we lost our son's father in law, my husbands first cousin, and a dear friend of 50 years to death. It has been a really hard week. Could really use prayers for my family.

My oldest granddaughter is going to be four in July. In the past several months she has thrown unbelievable tantrums. She throws things and breaks things. She has a younger sister that is going to be two, and my daughter-in-law is pregnant. They worry that my granddaughter will hurt her younger sister accidentally or her mother.

They've tried everything. Please pray that they will be able to help her. My daughter in law does not believe in God.

I thank you all for your prayers.

Please help Loretta and Patrick find their way back to each other one more time. Please let Patrick let go of all the anger and hurt he's holding within him. May you take away all the misunderstanding and confusion and remind Patrick of all the love they have for one another and what brought them together in the first place and all the sacrifices that were made in order to build a strong love and bond between them. I ask you God in the name of your son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins. Amen

In his book titled Prayer, John Bunyan defines prayer as “A sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to his word, for the good of the church, with submission in faith to the will of God.” God promises to hear us when we pray (1 Jn. 5:15), and even when we can’t find the right words, Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf (Rom. 8:34). Our prayers don’t have to be eloquent or elaborate, they just need to be faithful and heartfelt.
