I am struggling in a friendship/relationship that is inconsistent and confusing and often causes heartache. Please pray that God would heal it or help me let it go. Also, I’m beginning to lose faith and hope that I will ever have a child and that is a deep desire of my heart. Praying for either faith that it will happen or peace with letting it go.

Please pray for my spiritual growth. I want to serve God with my whole heart. I want to meditate in His word day and night. I start off really getting into the Word of God and then become a slacker. I am asking God to guide me in His Word. I get down and depressed when I am not consistently studying God’s Word. I pray the Holy Spirit with help me. Thank you.

God of hope fill Kyle with all joy and peace in believing that he may have an abundance of hope by the Holy Spirit's power. I believe in the promises You have given for Kyle's salvation. He is yours. I will still be faithful to ask for your will to be done on earth. Redeem him from the hand of the enemy. I pray this in Jesus' name.

In his book titled Prayer, John Bunyan defines prayer as “A sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to his word, for the good of the church, with submission in faith to the will of God.” God promises to hear us when we pray (1 Jn. 5:15), and even when we can’t find the right words, Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf (Rom. 8:34). Our prayers don’t have to be eloquent or elaborate, they just need to be faithful and heartfelt.
