Prayer Wall

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. – Hebrews 4:16

Pray for our son, Joshua, to be healed emotionally, mentally, and physically. He has a tumor and imbalanced hormones. Pray that he finds hope and healing in Christ, gets connected with godly people, and is able to live a full life.

I have been ministering to women in prison, sharing God's love and word. I've sent materials to them to help them with their struggles. Pray for them to grow in Christ.

I need God’s guidance about my life in general, health, finances, and job. My doctor told me that I need surgery but I have been putting it off because of my finances, and that brings up anxiety. I have not been able to find a job. Thank you for your prayers.

Pray for my mom, who has dementia, to qualify for nursing care; we can no longer care for her at home. Also, my sister needs lots of prayer.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for my nephew, Andrew, who I requested prayer for in August after his wife died of cancer. At that time, he was in shock and deep grief and not coping with life at all. I am pleased to say that he is now doing really well. He’s gone back to work and is looking forward to the future. In the past he has never been open to talking about spiritual things but that has now changed. There have been many opportunities to talk to him about God's love and his response has been positive. God is at work in his life. I cannot thank everyone enough for praying for Andrew.

Thank you so much for your prayers; the family outreach event I programmed for non-believers was a huge success. Many families showed up and gave their lives to Jesus. Please pray for my protection and finances. I really want to serve on staff in a ministry; pray that the Lord would open doors and give me guidance.

Please pray for favor in my job search and for technological wisdom as I seek a remote job. I have been out of work for over a year and my wife is due before the end of the year.

Please pray for my husband Timm and everything he carries, that he would be strong against any temptation. Pray for Chase to be promoted or that a new door would open. Please pray for Ashely and the conference where she's presenting and for Derek who is being deceived by a terrible lie about himself.

It's getting harder to find a safe, good place to live. I am praying that the Lord will allow me to return south next year if it is His will.

In his book titled Prayer, John Bunyan defines prayer as “A sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to his word, for the good of the church, with submission in faith to the will of God.” God promises to hear us when we pray (1 Jn. 5:15), and even when we can’t find the right words, Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf (Rom. 8:34). Our prayers don’t have to be eloquent or elaborate, they just need to be faithful and heartfelt.
