Prayer Wall

This is a huge burden on my heart. My daughter practically begged me to do the GoFundMe campaign for her, and mostly really, for my granddaughters. I had written off social media, but I prayed deeply about it for several days and felt God give me the green light. The campaign has stirred up some judgment, even a hateful response in another. I'm asking for prayer for my grandchildren and my daughter. Also that the Lord would allow me to have peace and let it rest in His hands. He is faithful.

Please pray for the complete and total healing of my mother Patricia’s body. She is having tests run right now, and please pray that she will get a clean Bill of health. Pray that her spirit will be filled with faith, and her anxieties and worry will be banished.

Please could you pray for my elderly disabled mum who is being exploited and abused by her son. He has isolated her from everyone and brainwashed her into not receiving any help from the outside. He has used up all her savings and is leaving her unable to pay her bills. We have tried to help her but she is in complete denial about everything, she doesn't seem to have any energy and hope left to deal with the situation, she keeps telling the police that everything's fine. Please pray for her that she be protected from danger and safe from harm and that she has the strength and courage to begin to detach from him and to stop enabling him. Thank you very much.

Please pray over my health, family and finance. I have my good days and I have bad days. Everyday I pray for a good day so that he can help provide me with the energy and stamina to keep up with Brooklynn. The hardest part with COVID is not having family around to help with childcare. I am in the process of seeing a vestibular therapist. I am nervous because the treatment is expensive, not covered by insurance, and I don't have childcare to attend three days a week. It is reassuring to know there is a pathway to help me in recovery but still so much unknown. Thank you so much for praying for me. The prayers mean the world to me. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season. Merry Christmas!

Pray for my grandchildren. Three of them are experiencing the devastating effects of divorce. Pray that all they have learned of you will not be forgotten because of their parents. My grandson from another family is struggling with loneliness and depression. He is only 12 and I see him being enamored by the dark things in this world. Pray that the light of God's truth will be stronger in his heart.

I’d been in a hurtful difficult verbal abusive marriage for years and felt some bitterness. Many hard things happened and I felt like God was accusing me. At my most tired and vulnerable, I pushed Jesus away. I’m asking him to forgive me for it ALL. Hurt and hardness!!!

I want to be ready for Christ's return and know that I am not. I became a believer 20-plus years ago, but life--marriage, work, the church and failures have distracted and disillusioned me. I want to be free, live all aspects of my inner and outer life well, and in preparation for His return. Praying for help to overcome temptations in my life.

Prayers that God will give me a sign so I will have the courage to see a doctor even if it means my symptoms getting worse. Have dealt with ongoing health issues for years with bad experiences with doctors, so I've learned to just push through. Been having on and off the pain in my right hip. Now it's consistent. I am so worried it's cancer or something serious. The pain is easier to deal with than the unknown and worries it causes me. I mentally can't deal with seeing doctors only to be dismissed and the guilt of wasting money again.

In his book titled Prayer, John Bunyan defines prayer as “A sincere, sensible, affectionate pouring out of the heart or soul to God, through Christ, in the strength and assistance of the Holy Spirit, for such things as God has promised, or according to his word, for the good of the church, with submission in faith to the will of God.” God promises to hear us when we pray (1 Jn. 5:15), and even when we can’t find the right words, Jesus Christ intercedes on our behalf (Rom. 8:34). Our prayers don’t have to be eloquent or elaborate, they just need to be faithful and heartfelt.
