A Free 6-week Bible Study
with Sarah Koontz
Study Released in June 2018
I invite you to join me for this FREE 6-week video series and guided Scripture reading plan on Sabbath rest. Together we will learn why God established the Sabbath and the glorious blessings it holds for us when we choose to receive it as a gift. Let’s learn how to create space for sacred rest together!
All you need to complete this free online Bible study is 15-minutes per day and an e-mail address.
By creating space for Sabbath rest in our lives we are establishing a pattern of work and rest that is both sustainable and honoring to God. It is a spiritual discipline that frees up room in our heart (and our schedule) for silence, reflection, and fresh revelation.
THIS FREE ONLINE BIBLE STUDY WILL HELP YOU…
- Embrace the weekly rhythm of work and rest established by God
- Establish healthy boundaries between the sacred and the secular
- Enjoy life’s accomplishments and celebrate God’s gifts
- Engage your whole being in rest and worship on a regular basis
- Experience the many blessings connected to Sabbath rest
Throughout this 6-week study, you will receive weekly e-mails from Sarah including exclusive teaching videos and a guided Scripture reading plan. The weekly reading plan can easily be completed in 10-15 minutes per day, 5 days per week.
