Handpainted Bible Silent Auction
Living by Design Ministries
Limited-Time Holiday Gift shop Open through December 18
Bible literacy is declining at a rapid rate in our culture, and Living by Design Ministries exists to stem the tide. By providing free online resources to help Christians better engage with the biblical text, we are tackling the problem of Bible literacy head-on. When you participate in our “Shop for a Good Cause” fundraiser, you’re joining a community dedicated to sustaining Living by Design’s mission of delivering free Bible studies to inboxes around the world.
Thanks to the generosity of one of our ministry partners, all donations received in December will be DOUBLED up to a total match of $10,000. This means that every item purchased from the “Shop for a Good Cause” fundraiser will generate a
$10 $20 donation for our ministry. Considering the average price per item in our shop is $28, this might be one of the best deals on the internet right now! Thank you for your generous support of our free Bible study ministry.

We are offering this custom handpainted Bible donated by Kory Callihan as a silent auction item during our “Shop for a Good Cause” fundraiser. This beautiful Bible includes the original sketches of the 23 characters we profiled in the RescYOUed Study. We have estimated the market value of this Bible at $550 ($90 for the Bible with Handpainted Cover + $20 for each character sketch included). Therefore, our minimum bid is $550. As this is an online silent auction, we are unable to release updates or allow for multiple bid amounts from the same donor. If you would like to place a bid for this truly unique, one-of-a-kind Bible, please submit your best offer via our online checkout system. Bidding open to residents of the USA only. Bidding closes on December 18, 2019 at midnight MST.
When people ask why I write Bible studies, my answer is simply, “Writing Bible studies inspires me to study the Bible.” And, believe me, I need all the inspiration I can get because I’ve never been all that good at sticking to a Bible study routine. Maybe you can relate? That is why each of our Bible studies is strategically designed for busy, on-the-go people like you and me. There is something about the process of preparing a study that ignites a fire within my soul. I liken it to mining for gold. All the digging, sifting, and sorting refines me and profoundly enriches my life. And then I get to melt it all down and reshape it into a beautiful treasure to share with you. What a gift. What an honor. What a privilege.
By creating free educational tools that are delivered digitally, we provide a practical solution for Christians who desire to study their Bible but don’t have the time or resources to engage in other programs.
The primary function of our Living by Design Blog is to build a bridge between professing Christians and the Bible. All of our blog posts are packed with heart-focused content, practical solutions for real-life, and Bible-based training.
