Most Requested Topics

Living By Design {Ideal for Women’s Retreats} – Drawing from the unchanging truth of God’s Word and the ever-advancing knowledge of medical science, this talk explores God’s intentions for the whole person, including the body, soul, and spirit. Many people who promote healthy lifestyles only focus on the physical body, but Christians must also consider the emotional and spiritual stumbling blocks that cause our health to spiral quickly out of control. {Click Here} to see video excerpts of one of Sarah’s Living by Design retreats.

Journey to Fruitfulness: In this talk, Sarah shares her personal testimony along with some practical tips to help you succeed in life and gardening.  In the very same way that a gardener provides for the needs of their plants, God has supplied each of us with all that we need to grow.  The only way to guarantee fruitfulness is to allow the Master Gardener to tenderly care for our needs and nurture our growth.

The ABC’s of Psalm 119 – Did you know that Psalm 119 is God’s Alphabet? The passage has such depth and the ability to speak to women at many different levels of spiritual maturity. The key message of this talk is the many benefits of studying and applying God’s Word. To learn more about Sarah’s unique perspective on Psalm 119, read this article.

Daughterhood {Ideal for Mother/Daughter Events}:   The central message of this talk is Christ’s transforming power in a woman’s primary role as God’s daughter.  By creatively employing the Fruits of the Spirit, Sarah teaches women how embracing the ministry of daughterhood transforms their relationships and gives new purpose to their lives.

Overcoming Overbloom: The message the world is sending us is loud and clear, “you must do more, you must have more, you must be more…bloom more!” Yet, overblooming undermines our strength and weakens our beauty. In this talk, we explore the unexpected choices Jesus Christ made during his time on earth. He didn’t seek the kind of more-ness that the world covets; instead, he exposed the folly in the world’s wisdom by living a small, yet infinitely significant life. To learn more about this topic, read this article.

Worthy of the Calling: If you’ve struggled to understand God’s love for you. If you’ve ever felt unworthy of His call on your life. Please know you are not alone. This is why I have deeply enjoyed studying Paul’s letter to the Ephesians (and why you will too!).  In this talk, I share five powerful truths from Paul’s letter to the Ephesians meant to equip all Christians to walk Worthy of the Calling. To learn more about this topic, click here.

The Lost Art of Restful Living:  Are you weary and worn? Tired of rushing through life and desperately in need of rest? There is a secret art of restful living hidden in the midst of the hustle and bustle of this life, but it comes at a cost. Restful living can only be achieved when we fully surrender body, mind, and spirit to our Creator. We must know and understand that we have both physical and emotional limitations, and trust that God can use those limitations to teach us the beautiful art of rest.

Topics for Writer’s and Blogger’s Conferences: Sarah has a wide variety of educational talks prepared for Christian Writers & Authors. These talks are well-suited for keynotes and breakout sessions at conferences. Some of the topics she covers are: How to Write Bible Studies, Building a God-honoring Platform, How to Be a Social Media Evangelist, 10 Steps to Blogging Success, 10 Things You Need to Know before Establishing a Non-Profit Ministry.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about these topics and how they might fit your event. Almost all of the topics can be done either as key-notes or retreats depending on the needs of your group.

If you don’t see a topic here that works for your event,  we would love to work with you to develop powerful talk laser-focused on the unique needs of your particular group.

I was born into a loving Christian family and received Jesus Christ as my personal savior when I was four years old.   I made my public profession of faith and was baptized at Calvary Baptist Church shortly thereafter.  My family actively participated in the local church throughout my childhood, and I was educated at a private Christian school. In my late teens, I made a personal commitment to study the Bible in earnest and dedicated my life to serving God.

I was married to a fellow believer on July 4, 2004 and we have faithfully attended and served in our local church ever since.  We have two beautiful daughters who have both accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior and are who we presently homeschool.  We currently attend Parkview Evangelical Free Church of Rapid City, SD, where my husband has served on the Deacon team.

My spiritual gifts include teaching, administration, and discipleship. I am also a passionate storyteller who enjoys using illustrations to communicate deep spiritual truths.  I believe in the literal translation of the Bible and have never found a problem or person beyond the reach of God’s living, active Word.
