Holiday Gift Guide for Your Favorite Prayer Warrior

A christian holiday gift guide with 50+ prayer-related crafts, prayer resources, prayer gifts, prayer quotes and prayer printables for the prayer warrior in your life.

Early this year, I stumbled upon a woman’s prayer group at my church.

My motives for joining them were not rooted in a desire to pray, but rather a desire to spend time with a friend who was temporarily leading the group.

But one prayer session with those ladies, and I was hooked.

There is an amazing connection that happens between souls that pray with one another.

I could not explain it, but I knew I needed more of it.

I have been attending this prayer group faithfully ever since, and the women have quickly become my confidants and cheerleaders.

These godly women have such boldness in their prayers, such a passion for God’s truth, such a deep belief that God hears and answers their prayers.

They inspire me.

The more that I pray with these women, the more I want to pray with every woman.

Every time we meet there is answered prayer to celebrate –a house sold, a friend saved, a wound healed.

There are also deep needs and painful losses to share –a pastor in our community with terminal cancer, a precious friend who just miscarried, a marriage on the cusp of divorce.

I feel like I lose 5 pounds every time I meet with these women to pray –because together we lay our heavy burdens down at the foot of the cross, and we walk away, trusting that God is able.

Prayer strips us down and rebuilds us, humbles and inspires us, and teaches us to believe.

As I was embraced into this prayer community, I began searching for ways to strengthen my own prayer life.

To become a prayer warrior in my own right.

I’ve sifted through the internet to find the best prayer guides, crafts, resources, and products for anyone interested in strengthening their prayer life.

A prayer warrior’s tool chest, so to speak!

My hope is that this list will be your one stop shop for finding the perfect gift for your favorite prayer warrior.

Or yourself… 😉

Enjoy!

12 Inspirational Quotes on Prayer

I often make homemade cards to include with my gifts, because it pains me to spend an additional $5 on a card when I’ve already maxed my budget on a gift.

I love finding the perfect inspirational quote to write on the cover of my homemade card.

So I’ve decided to wrap up this Holiday Gift Guide for your Favorite Prayer Warrior with 12 of my favorite quotes/verses on prayer:

“Prayer is where the action is.” John Wesley

“A man who prays much in private will make short prayers in public.”  D.L. Moody

“Prayer does not fit us for the greater work; prayer is the greater work.” Oswald Chambers.

“Any concern too small to be turned into a prayer is too small to be made into a burden.” Corrie Ten Boom

“Prayer is the link that connects us with God.” A.B. Simpson

“If you are strangers to prayer you are strangers to power.”  Billy Sunday

“Prayer is simply a two-way conversation between you and God.” Billy Graham

“If your day is hemmed in with prayer, it is less likely to come unraveled.”  Cynthia Lewis

“I have so much to do that I shall have to spend the first three hours in prayer.”  Martin Luther

“Prayer is not eloquence, but earnestness; not the definition of helplessness, but the feeling of it; not figures of speech, but earnestness of soul.” Hannah More

“While we are looking at God we do not see ourselves—blessed riddance.” A.W. Tozer

“Work as if you were to live a hundred years. Pray as if you were to die tomorrow.”
Benjamin Franklin
